At Creations by Kendra, all items are made with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on custom orders.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If there’s a problem with your order—such as damage in transit or an error on our end—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to make it right, whether that means a repair, replacement, or other solution.
